Favor Studio is an online wedding favor company that offers the most comprehensive selection of unique and elegant wedding favors and wedding party gifts available. We also offer a select number of baby shower and corporate gifts as well.

Ordering Details

    • How do I place an order?
      We accept orders directly from our easy to use website and by telephone.To place an order by phone, please call us at 925-439-3286. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
    • How do I place an order online?
      To order online, begin navigating the site by choosing a product category in the left-hand column of our home page .Each category contains multiple products. Once you have chosen a product, simply click the product image to go to the product's main page. At that point, you will be prompted to enter detailed information about the item you are interested in purchasing, i.e. quantity, size, color, etc .Once you have entered all relevant fields, click "Add to Cart" to add the item to your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, you will be asked to provide information about shipping preference and payment method
    • Are your products always available?
      Favor Studio stocks most of the products listed on our website. Occasionally, a product may be backordered. If an item is on backorder it will be noted in the item description on the product page with an estimated in stock date.
    • Do you require a minimum order for purchase?
      Many of our products require a minimum quantity for purchase. If you would like to see a sample of a product before purchasing quantities, we would be happy to assist you. Please email our customer service representatives at orders@favorstudio.com with the item you would like a sample of. We will check to see if that item has samples available
    • How long will it take to receive my order?
      Each product description includes details regarding the estimated time it takes to process your order and ship it out from our distribution center. This estimated lead-time does not include shipping transit time. Orders shipped via UPS Ground will take 7 to 10 business days to arrive. Details regarding expedited shipping are noted at checkout.


    • Do you offer personalization?
      Many of our best selling items such as the monogrammed cosmetic bags, personalized mint tins, and cookie favors come with various options for personalization. Please visit our personalized wedding favors section for our complete list of personalized products. If personalization is available, it will be noted in the product description.
    • Do you engrave any of your products?
      Yes, we do offer engraving services .Please visit our personalized wedding favors section for a list of our engraveable products.

Pricing & Payment

    • What types of payments do you accept?
      We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, PayPal, cashier's checks, personal checks, and money orders. Checks should be made payable to Favor Studio. Orders paid by personal check will be processed and shipped after payment is received.
    • How are your products priced?
      All Favor Studio products are priced in US dollars.
    • Do you charge sales tax?
      We are required by law to charge 7.0% sales tax on all orders shipped to Florida. Orders shipped outside of Florida are not charged sales tax.


    • What shipping methods do you offer and what do they cost?
      Favor Studio orders are shipped through United Parcel Service (UPS). At the time of checkout you will be able to view and select the level of service that suits your needs.
    • What are your shipping procedures?
      Most orders are shipped from the Favor Studio warehouse though some orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. In cases where products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, the actual shipping method may vary from the shipping method selected by the customer during checkout. Every effort will be made to ship products together, but occasionally different products within one order may ship separately especially if it is a time sensitive order. If an order is placed with incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the delivery company may charge a fee to redirect the package to the proper destination. Any additional fees or charges associated with such deliveries will be the responsibility of the customer.
    • Do you ship orders internationally?
      International orders are gladly accepted at Favor Studio. Due to our secure server, we recommend international customers using PayPal (www.paypal.com) as their payment method. Most international credit cards are unable to be verified by our secure server. This will make the transaction "not finalized" and unable to process. Using PayPal will make your transaction proceed smoothly.

      When shipping, we use UPS all for orders to Canada and other international locations. International shipping rates are based on the size and weight of the package as well as the type of shipping service selected. International orders placed online are charged an estimated shipping cost according to weight. Since international shipments are determined by box size as well as overall weight (dimensional weight), additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you if additional funds need to be collected for your shipping charges. 

      For orders shipping to Canada transportation options are:
      UPS Standard (3-7 business days)
      UPS Worldwide Expedited (3-5 business days)
      UPS Worldwide Express (1-2 business days)

      For all other international orders transportation options are:
      UPS Worldwide Expedited (3-5 business days)
      UPS Worldwide Express (1-2 business days)

      Any duties, taxes, or fees associated with international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.
    • I need my order right away. Can you RUSH it to me?
      We ship most of our products within 4-7 business days (not including transit time). To expedite processing, we offer RUSH service for many of our personalized items. If RUSH service is available, it will be noted in the product's description. Please note that this service applies to production time only. If you would like to expedite the shipping time of your order, please select UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select during checkout.
    • Will I be sent a confirmation of my order?
      As soon as we begin processing your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with details about your order. Once we have prepared your order for shipping, we will send you a second e-mail with shipping information and a tracking number so that you may track your order in transit.
    • How can I be assured that my heat sensitive items will arrive intact during warm weather months?
      Heat sensitive items such as candles and edibles must be shipped Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air during warm weather months. During checkout you will be prompted to select an expedited shipping method for heat sensitive items. Favor Studio will not be responsible for damage incurred to any heat sensitive item should you decline expedited shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

    • What is your policy regarding returns & exchanges?
      Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return it for a refund or exchange, please contact us by email at orders@favorstudio.com within 10 days from the receipt of your order to get a return authorization (RA) number. We will accept returns within 10 days from the date that a return authorization (RA) number is issued. Packages received after the 10 day return period will be sent back to the customer. Returns without authorization numbers will not be accepted. Refunds will not be issued on any shipping or processing charges incurred by Favor Studio. Before issuing a refund, Favor Studio will deduct the cost of shipping incurred through our "Free shipping" offer. Please note that returns will only be accepted if products are returned in their original form and packaging. Favor Studio reserves the right to decline any returns and exchanges that do not meet the conditions listed above.
    • Are there any items that are non-returnable?
      We do not issue refunds or exchanges for perishables, personalized items, custom items, special order items, product samples, and ribbon.
    • If I change my mind, can I revise or cancel my order?
      Orders that have not been processed and shipped can be changed or cancelled at any time. We do not accept changes or cancellations on personalized items once they have been processed.
