Swiss Dots custom designer labels and tags feature a fun polka dot pattern with personalized text. Favor tags come with punched holes and white string (string comes seperate so some assembly is required). Favor labels come with adhesive backing to adhere to favor packaging.

Each example shown below includes specifications about the style (label, tag, or both), size, and text limitations per line. The maximum number of characters noted for each line of text includes spaces. Make sure to include spaces in your character count. Just below the list of styles and sizes, you will find your color choices. Please proofread carefully. By submitting the text in the fields above, you are approving the text. We cannot be responsible for information that is typed incorrectly.
