Return & Exchange Policy

What is your policy regarding returns & exchanges?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to be happy with your purchase.I f you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return it for a refund or exchange, please contact us via email at orders@favorstudio.com within 10 days from the receipt of your order to get a return authorization (RA) number. We will accept returns within 10 days from the date that a return authorization (RA) number is issued. Packages received after the 10 day return period will be sent back to the customer. Returns without authorization numbers will not be accepted. Refunds will not be issued on any shipping or processing charges incurred by Favor Studio. Before issuing a refund, Favor Studio will deduct the cost of shipping incurred through our "Free shipping" offer. Please note that returns will only be accepted if products are returned in their original form and packaging. Favor Studio reserves the right to decline any returns and exchanges that do not meet the conditions listed above.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
We do not issue refunds or exchanges for perishables, personalized items, custom items, product samples, and ribbon.

If I change my mind, can I revise or cancel my order?
